The special effects were incredible

It’s really unfortunate

The acting was good. But there were so many stories. And none of them were given enough time to fully develop. Any one story could have been the center of the entire movie. Every story was rushed and ended too quickly.

It doesn’t add anything to the movie

And they put a lot of emphasis on Lydia’s father. Honestly, they didn’t even have to mention the fact that he wasn’t in the movie. The real actor is a sex offender, so why bring up his character? There are also a lot of ghosts from the first part that I think should be in this sequel – just use makeup and special effects like they did in Beetlejuice. Or reshape them if you don’t want them to show that they’ve aged.

It was boring

Also, I almost walked out during the first hour. The movie didn’t get good until the second hour.
